What the heck is tznius?

צניעות, Tznius: “modesty” (pronounced “znee-oot” or “znee-oos“)

Practically speaking, the term describes the rules of dress for women as well as the character traits of modesty and humility.

The clothing presented on this site show minimum tznius standards: head covering, tops with 3/4 length sleeves that cover the collarbone, skirts to cover the knees with or without tights, and no pants.   If your minhag is more lenient or stringent, use your own judgement! Please refer to the disclaimer on this before screaming something “is not tznius!”
